Who Is A Good Fit For PHP?

PHP is designed for young adults who are trying to keep up with daily life, but it’s becoming harder to function the way they used to. You may benefit from this level of support if you’re experiencing:

  • Feeling constantly overwhelmed, even with simple responsibilities
  • Anxiety that makes it difficult to focus, make decisions, or relax
  • Ongoing low mood, lack of motivation, or emotional numbness
  • Burnout that doesn’t improve with rest or time off
  • Difficulty managing emotions, stress, or relationships

This can also show up as a parent noticing their son or daughter withdrawing or struggling to keep up, without knowing what level of support is needed. In some cases, these challenges are connected to substance use as a way to cope, and care can address both together.

Our Treatment Approach

Treatment in PHP is structured but not rigid, built to provide consistent support while meeting you where you are. Care is adapted to reflect the challenges young adults face, including life transitions, independence, and developing long-term coping skills.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, treatment is designed to improve how you function day to day: how you manage stress, respond to challenges, and navigate your environment. The goal isn’t just stabilization, it’s building the skills, awareness, and support needed to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
